Signing up for your phone consultation is a simple, 3-step process!
Step 1) Fill out the form below with the valid information you prefer to be contacted with.
Step 2) Once you have submitted your request, you will be taken to a payment page. Select the 15 minute session for $25 or the 30 minute session for $45.
Step 3) You will be taken to PayPal to complete your purchase. A PayPal account is not necessary to complete your purchase.
NOTE: Upon submitting this form, you will receive an email confirmation from me letting you know your form went through successfully. You may also purchase your phone session at the link provided in the email.
